Chef Bic

Chef Bic is the driving force behind Liana, leading the kitchen with a strong sense of intuition, discipline, and a deep respect for ingredients. Trained in both Thailand and the UK, he honed his skills in some of Londons most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, merging classic techniques with a modern perspective. His dishes reflect a careful balanceelevated yet grounded, expressive and thoughtfulguiding guests through a progression that feels cohesive from start to finish.

Chef Soohyun

Originally from South Korea, Chef Soohyun began her pastry journey in a Michelin-starred kitchen in London before continuing at The Arts Cluba distinguished private members club known for its exclusivity and legacy of hosting royalty, artists, and cultural icons. Her desserts are delicate yet layered in flavor, offering quiet depth that continues the story and leaves a lasting impression.
